Who We Are
Support Our Military Veterans is a registered charity committed to helping Veterans, Serving Military Personnel and their families, who are in need of support in order to respond to life events that present mental health and welfare needs. In addition, we look to support those disadvantaged, in isolation, in need of educational support & development.
What We Do
By providing hands-on, practical support to the local ex-military community we can ensure veterans gain access to a wide range of services, support & guidance. Key individuals at SOMV have a military connection or have experience of working with Veterans. This connection is important in that it provides a level of personal understanding of the many issues military veterans face in today’s society, but also a sense of trust and companionship.
