Our Services

Advocacy

SEFF's Advocacy Service aims to support innocent victims and survivors of terrorism and 'other Troubles related criminal violent' (in the Northern Ireland context) with an advocacy related issue, particularly but not exclusively related to their justice, truth, and accountability.

Befriending & SEFF Calling Services

SEFF's Befriending Service is for people who have become isolated because of ill-health, disability, bereavement, or other life events. We offer support through volunteer befrienders who are trained to help those who are vulnerable by assisting them to reclaim their life.

Clinical / Counselling

At SEFF we have assembled a team of counsellors who are best placed to deal with the diverse yet specific needs of victims and survivors of 'The Troubles'.

Complimentary Therapies & Physiotherapy

SEFF offers the following complementary therapies; Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Kinesiology, Indian Head Massage, Hope Ear Candle, Foot Care, and Physiotherapy.

Health & Wellbeing

Our Health & Wellbeing Team is there for you when you need some extra support. They can assist with accessing disability aids, education and training, persistent pain management, or avoiding social isolation, amongst other things.

Welfare & Benefits

SEFF's Welfare Services supports any SEFF member or someone attached to a partner group that requires support or help in completing welfare forms. We advise individuals to contact the Welfare Service prior to instigating any claim for welfare benefits.

If you, or someone you know, has been impacted by the Northern Ireland Troubles and would benefit from       counselling, complementary therapies, general health and wellbeing support, welfare advice, or advocacy support, please contact;
